You asked, we delivered! For months now we have been asked if we offer a loyalty card and
we’re pleased to say that we now do!
You can pick up a card and join the scheme when you next visit us in person.
These are our card benefits:
- Every 8th hot drink you purchase from our café will be free
- You will earn 1 point for every full pound spent in our garden & aquatic centre
- You can spend points to purchase items from our garden & aquatic centre (1 point = 1p to spend)
- Providing you have given us your email address and postcode, you can look up your transactions online and re-print receipts should you need to return an item. You can also check your points balance online.
- From time to time we will run special ‘double’ or ‘triple’ points offers on selected items

Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
Introduction
The St Bridget Loyalty Card scheme is operated by St Bridget Nurseries Ltd, Sidmouth Road, Clyst St Mary, Exeter, EX5 1AE.
Joining
Joining the scheme is free but all applicants must be over 16 years of age and resident in the UK. To join, applicants will need to provide their name, full postal address and email address. St Bridget Nurseries reserves the right to refuse an application for any good reason. Failing to register will mean that you cannot redeem your points or benefit from other offers or promotions from time to time.
Your Card
Your card is the property of St Bridget Nurseries Ltd and is non-transferable. You are responsible for the security of your card. Lost, damaged or stolen cards can be replaced by contacting St Bridget Garden Centre. St Bridget Nurseries reserves the right to a) stop issuing cards at anytime without notice to you b) withdraw or cancel cards and points for any reasonable reason on notice to you and c) close the loyalty card scheme down for any reasonable reason on notice to you. In particular, your account maybe closed if points have not been earned within the last 12 months. You may close your account at any time in which case all points of your card will be lost.
Points
To collect points you must present your card at the till at the time of purchase or within 30 days of the date of purchase with a valid receipt. You can also collect your points on orders placed and paid for over the phone providing you are able to confirm a few security checks (you provide us with details already held on your account).
Points will be awarded on goods sold within our garden centre except gift vouchers, postage stamps, delivery fees, event tickets, café purchases or any other products from time to time notified to you.
You will receive one point per full £1 spent in our garden centre. Occasionally we may offer more points or certain items or days. The number of points issued may vary between qualifying purchases but will be shown to you via instore posters.
Each point you collect has a redemption value of 1p against qualifying products and is for use instore only. St Bridget Nurseries reserves the right to vary the rates at any time on reasonable notice.
In addition, card holders can use the card in our café to replace our previous hand stamped loyalty cards. The purchase of hot drinks will be tracked and every 8th hot drink you purchase will be free and deducted from your bill.
St Bridget Nurseries may vary these rules on notice to you and reserves the right to give such notice via post, email or on our website (www.stbridget.uk) Notices may also be displayed, detailing variations, in the garden centre.
Customer Portal
If you join the scheme, you can access our customer portal via a link found on our website. The portal will show you how many points you have collected and spent as well as giving you access to your transaction history and the ability to print off receipts for items you have purchased from us. To access the portal; you need to use the email address and postcode provided to us when joining the scheme.
Data Protection
Personal data about you collected by St Bridget Nurseries shall be used for the purposes of administrating the loyalty scheme. In joining the scheme you agree to your personal data being used by St Bridget Nurseries and the third party companies used to organise and administer the scheme and your account for the purpose of contacting you regarding the scheme and any special offers and loyalty events we may organise. We will not otherwise pass your details on to any other company for direct marketing purposes unless you have given us your permission at time of joining. At the time of joining the scheme you will be asked if you are happy for your details to be used for marketing purposes. You may change your marketing preferences at anytime, by letting us know either in person instore or by contacting us using the details below.
